We see the initial consultation with clients to be one of the most important in forming an understanding of our clients brief for their new or upcoming project. This then lays the foundation for ongoing communication, which we see as key in any business, especially throughout the construction as the project progresses and visions may evolve.

We place high importance throughout the initial Architectural / Interior Design and Consultation phase to ensure we gain a clear understanding of our clients’ objectives for their project. This collaborative approach provides all stakeholders with the opportunity to gain a realistic perception of the scope of works and processes ahead.

Where a client is interested in commencing a new project yet have not engaged an Architect or Design Team, Liebke Projects have a number of recommended architects and consultants whom we have worked alongside on previous projects that we are happy to share.

From the initial consultation and throughout the course of any project, Liebke Projects will work collaboratively with clients, their architect / design team and our trades to ensure we meet the client brief. We meet onsite during various stages of the project as it progresses and evolves, or where site constraints may call for an alteration in design.

All of our clients have the option to follow their project, even whilst they may not be residing at, or nearby, the project location via our online client portal which allows clients to view images and detailed daily progress logs for their site, along with a detailed schedule of works and financial information for their project.
